Care Instructions

General Guidelines

  • Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle in cold water to preserve fabrics and color intensity.

  • Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals — they damage delicate straps, lace, and gothic detailing.

  • Air dry whenever possible; if using a dryer, choose low heat to maintain shape and fit.

  • Store folded or hung carefully to prevent tangling or stretching, especially for harnesses and lingerie.

Lingerie & Harnesses

  • Wash delicate items inside out to protect lace, mesh, and hardware.

  • Avoid ironing or dry cleaning to maintain fabric elasticity and structure.

Stockings & Accessories

  • Handle gently to avoid snags or runs.

  • Keep separate from sharp objects or rough surfaces during storage.

Clothing & Gothic Pieces

  • Check straps, buckles, and seams before washing.

  • Wash similar fabrics together to prevent friction and prolong the life of your pieces.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of Nyxxwear! Our warranty covers:

  • Broken straps, buckles, or seams on lingerie, harnesses, or clothing

  • Defective zippers, closures, or hardware on clothing and accessories

  • Fabric defects or unusual wear under normal use

Please note: Normal wear, misuse, or lost items are not covered.

Send us a message with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll help resolve it.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After repairs or replacements, Nyxxwear will cover shipping back to you.
